Can I just pay cash for my monthly membership?
If the membership you are joining is an EFT / Credit Card membership, your account must be set up with a Credit Card, Debit Card, Checking Account, or Savings Account.
However, there are no contracts or commitments beyond the first month of billing. So, you can easily put your account on hold for free or cancel it, if you do not want to be billed for any month.
Can I share my membership with my spouse?
Accounts are set up only for one person and only one customer’s tanning activity can be saved as required by law. Each person will need to set up their own individual account and apply for our membership.
Do my sessions / packages ever expire?
There are no time dates or expiry dates on packages or sessions purchased. They are there until you use them.
Do you offer airbrush tanning?
We currently do not offer airbrush tanning.
How often do you change your bulbs?
We change our bulbs automatically at 70% of their estimated life as a preventative maintenance step, and to ensure the bulbs are always fresh and new.
Where can I find your current specials?
We offer both in-store and online deals for your convenience. They're separate from each other and can be viewed on our page specials.
Do you take appointments?
We take appointments, but we also offer walk-ins.
How often should I tan?
This will vary depending on whether you are spraying tanning or regular tanning, what your goal color is, and where you’re starting from. Determining your skin type and goals is an important first step.
